Cash Cart Guarantee - $1000 Minimum
Need a cash cart to feed your guests for any function? The Crew's Grill will provide (1) a fully functioning food cart with appropriate staffing for your event. We set up a cash cart and agree upon a designated time range of sales. If the minimum amount of sales is not met within the agreed time-frame, the client is responsible for covering the balance. If the $1000 minimum is met, the client is relieved of all financial responsibilities.
Example Scenario
- If you have a neighborhood block party and you hire us to come and sell from 3 PM - 6 PM. At the end of the selling time, we run a sales report and if the total sale is below the $1000 minimum the client (you) are responsible for the balance.
- WHEN YOU WOULDN'T OWE: (SALES from 3-6 pm = $1500 = $1000 guarantee met, therefore client DOES NOT owe difference)
- WHY YOU WOULD OWE: (SALES from 3-6 pm $900 + $100 DUE FROM HOST = $1000 guarantee met)

We arrive 1 hour before we start serving. We set up, we begin cooking, we serve your guests, we clean up, and you are free to mingle and enjoy your party! To keep in the spirit of true street vending, your guests will place their order at the cart and will get it served hot off the grill. If side salads are purchased, we plate them along with each order.

We are headquartered in the Rochester, NY area and serve the greater Monroe County region. Inquire within regarding parties in Ontario, Livingston, and Genesee Counties. Travel fees may be applicable.

Our serving time for each event is 90 minutes. Before each event, we arrive one hour prior to the time we start serving. It works just like an open bar at the reception—you can come up to the cart and order what you want as many times throughout the serving period. All cooked leftovers are wrapped up and kept for you to enjoy after our departure.

A non-refundable $100.00 security deposit is required upon booking to secure your date. Once your event details are confirmed with our team, we will send you our catering agreement for digital signature. Payment will be processed after we receive the signed agreement, and the remaining balance will be collected upon our arrival for setup. We accept cash, certified bank checks, or credit cards.
What Happens if There is a Weather Event During My Party?
In the event of severe weather, serving times may be delayed or adjusted. We closely monitor weather conditions before every event. If there is a safety risk to our customers, guests, or employees, we will work with you to develop a safe and effective plan. Please note that we cannot serve during lightning, high winds, or heavy rain. If weather conditions prevent service, we will work with you to find a suitable accommodation.
